The company was initially founded in 2018 by Dr. Markus Roggen and Prof. Dr. Glenn Sammis and rebranded after being sold to the DELIC Group. Since its inception, the company has focused on improving the cannabis and psilocybin industry through collaborative research and fundamental science.
